Founded in 2024 by Nishita Nathani, MAYIN makes handloom mul cotton, chiffon, linen and tissue sarees for everyday life.

Our Story

It began with touch

Nishita Nathani grew up in her father's clothing shop, watching women unfold sarees and decide by touch alone whether a fabric was right.

Years later she saw the same choice everywhere: sarees that were beautiful but heavy, or easy to wear but without craft.

MAYIN began on 1 May 2024 to end that choice.
