Ivara is a handloom tissue saree in antique bronze, woven with a zari warp and a weft of fine mulmul cotton. The warm bronze ground and the soft metallic sheen of the zari give it a warm, understated glow. Light and breathable, it feels easy to wear through a long celebration, and its elegance lies in its simplicity. Wear it to festive days, weddings, pujas and evening functions. Does it come with a blouse piece?

That depends on the saree, and you'll always find it in the Blouse piece row under Product details. Our mul cotton sarees don't come with one, which leaves you free to pair them with a blouse you already love. Our mul modal, tissue and acrylic cotton sarees come with a blouse piece.

Is it see-through?

Our mulmul is fine and airy, so pale shades are slightly sheer, and tissue sarees are sheer by nature. A petticoat in a matching colour gives a clean, seamless drape.

How do I care for it?

Mul cotton sarees need only a gentle hand wash, and they get softer with every wash.

Embroidered, hand painted, zari, tissue and sequin sarees should be dry cleaned to protect the work. Iron on medium heat.

Can I return or exchange it?

Yes. We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery, as long as the saree is unused and in its original packaging.

We usually dispatch within a day. Delivery takes 2 to 5 days within Delhi NCR and 3 to 7 days across the rest of India.

Cash on delivery is available, and you'll get a tracking link by SMS and email once your saree ships.
